ABOUT ME

Hey, I’m Laure and I'm your coach!

Firstly, I want to thank you for being here. I'm excited to see what we can do together on this crazy journey to and through motherhood!
 
I'm a pre and postpartum athleticism specialist, I'm an athlete on my own postpartum journey, and I am a mama of 2 beautiful children. 
I have been a strength and conditioning coach for over 10 years, working with women for most of that. After my first pregnancy, I found myself struggling with a child bearing related injury which led me to thoroughly study the pre and postpartum body.
Fast forward a couple of years, Mamas & Babas Athletic came to life with the aim to help women better navigate training during pregnancy and after baby. 

I am looking forward to working together. But what will you gain from being a Mamas & Babas Athlete? 

  • ​Guidance : Simply follow our step by step programs. They are designed to care for, support and strengthen your changing body during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.
  • Knowledge : To better execute each repetition, it's important to understand why we do what we do. Each program will give you a clear understanding of the reasons behind each adaptation and movement. 
  • Awareness : The athlete mindset needs resetting during pregnancy and postpartum. Each program will help you understand the reasons behind the mindset shift and will guide you through the things you must be aware of during each of these chapters.
