We’ll work in 8-week strength cycles to help you build real, functional strength while staying aligned with your body’s needs.

Strong as a mama is also the ideal class for postpartum women navigating pelvic floor dysfunction.
 
Babies are of course totally welcome! Bring them along and join a community of mamas who get it.

Over the last decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with women who love to lift, train, and sweat, just like you. I’m a certified pre and postpartum specialist, a Mummy MOT fitness professional, and a mum of two who knows firsthand how important it is to feel strong, capable, and like yourself again.
