It's so lovely to have you here Mama! It tells me you are being intentional about your approach to training during this very special season, and this alone makes me happy. 
Pregnancy and postpartum are challenging chapters in a female athlete's life. I have myself navigated 2 pregnancies and postpartum rehabilitations but in full transparency, I didn't do a very good job of it. 

Before becoming pregnant for the first time, I was a dedicated athlete. I would typically train 5 to 6 times per week, and some days twice a day. I was a coach too so spent most of my time in the gym. 

I now have two amazing children (both were c-section deliveries) and it's fair to say that training doesn't look quite the same anymore. I do try to train 4 times a week though but it's a challenge. I follow the Naptime Athlete Program (45min sessions, in and out) and try to do another session per week, either jumping in a class or going for a short run. 

Following the birth of my children, I suffered from a back injury which I am still working around today. An injury that annoyingly prevents me from doing a lot of the things I used to love (mainly lifting heavy).
A long term injury that could have been prevented, had I had the right support. Had I known how to adjust my training during pregnancy and postpartum rehab to support my long term goals, Mamas & Babas Athletic probably wouldn't exist.
