It includes 12 progressive training series (one for each month) and is entirely self-paced, allowing you to move through each phase in your own time. The program is also designed to support pelvic health ensuring a solid foundation.
The Naptime Athlete series are functional, full-body sessions that include Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, strength training, and cardio, with a strong focus on core strength. Each workout ends with a sweaty WOD!
